Story

On Sunday 22nd May a 21-strong team of runners and walkers from Bramhall Methodist Church will be pacing the streets of Manchester for the Great Manchester Run 2016. We will be very visible in our team colours – purple and fluorescent yellow!

As many of you will know by now, on Monday 1st February we were shocked and saddened to hear the completely unexpected news that our friend and member of the Church, Anne Clayton, had been killed in a skiing accident in France. Anne spent much of her time supporting and helping to raise money for a cause very close to her heart: Samaritan's Purse UK's Operation Christmas Child.

We will all be running the Manchester 10k in Anne’s memory and are hoping to raise as much money as we possibly can for this charity.

Thank you so much for your support and generosity.
