From 14th – 19th May 2012 Paul ‘Barney’ Bamford will be covering over 105 gruelling miles from Yorkshire’s most northerly course at Redcar to the County’s most southerly at Doncaster in his specially adapted mobility hand cycle. His aim is to fundraise for Racing Welfare’s work with injured stable and stud staff. On Barney’s Challenge he will be joined by fellow stable staff, racing fans and celebrities.
With racedays at Redcar and Doncaster plus a feature stop off at York for the Betfred Dante meeting, Barney’s Challenge is the lead fundraising event for Racing Welfare in 2012. You can keep up to date with Barney's Challenge on Facebook and Twitter too!
