With a starting weight of 21st 09lb 12ozs I aim to drop to 12st. A whopping weight loss of nearly 10st!

I have had strong links with James Rennie Special School for many years.  It is a wonderful School for children aged 3 - 19 with severe and profound learning difficulties, some children have autism, sensory loss or other physical disabilities.

Debbie, the Extended School Co-ordinator, organises a wide range of activities: ICT, Lets Get Cooking, Art & Craft, Youth Club, Autism Support, Wheelchair Basketball, Tennis, Football and Flip Flop Flo Ball Skills, which pupils can take part in either at lunch time or after school.  These give the youngsters the opportunity to enjoy time with their friends and learn new skills too, which many would not normally be able to as pupils come to school by transport from as far as 35 miles radius.

I would like to support her with this, as all of the costs have to be raised by fundraising or grants each year.
