Last year a friend said "let's sign up for the Great North Run" so I did....but only I got in! Not quite sure that was how it was supposed to go but I'm signed up now. 

It does however give me the opportunity to raise money for an incredible cause.  Last year I joined Toybox, a UK charity who are working to change the world for street children. I've been inspired by the work that I've seen over last year and know that £1000 will make a real difference to some of the most vulnerable children in the world.
