This summer, me and 4 other crazy people are cycling the C2C to raise money for this fantastic charity. The reason behind this is that we are lucky enough to be friends with the most amazing Martin family who have had great support from Fpies UK over the past few years. Amy and Stu Martin have 2 awesome sons, Malachi and Ezekiel, who both suffer from Fpies. I'd never heard of this before but it basically means that they have allergic reactions to a massive range of foods. Ezekiel suffers more severly from the condition and now feeds through a peg for upto 18 hours a day as the only foods he is able to tolerate are corn and melon. HOWEVER....... despite the massive obstacles this puts in front of the whole family, they are happy, strong, supportive and just generally truly awesome people who never complain about anything that they have to deal with. Fpies UK have been amazing to Amy and Stu and deserve our support whilst at the same time it is important to all of us that we raise awareness of this condition.  Please visit the Fpies UK website and watch the video's.....just have your tissues ready.
