In my 13 years of working and volunteering in Merton and 8 years of living in Mitcham I have seen how small bits of money can help Merton's voluntary, community and faith sector improve people's lives.

This year I am riding for a local project 'Youth Action Connect'
www.mvsc.co.uk/YouthActionConnect - that supports some of the most vulnerable young people in Merton. 

The projects trains up volunteer Befrienders aged 18-25 who go on to support young people aged 14-18 into accessing opportunities (i.e, youth groups, volunteering)

The funds raised will go towards paying for activities that the Befrienders can take the young people to.
