Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Nepal Ambulance Service (NAS) is the only professional trained EMS within Nepal.  It has a presence in Kathmandu and Chitwan and with your help we can expand services to Pokhara.  The ultimate aim is to assist Nepal in its acquisition of a national EMS that will serve all its people regardless of their ability to pay.

Presently NAS is funded by Nepali and foreign donations.  It is envisaged that the Nepal government will in the future play a greater role in the supporting NAS.

NAS staff despite being few in number and owning just five ambulances demonstrated their value during 2015 earthquakes with distinction.

I thank you for reading the above and for your genorosity.
