Hi,

Myself, Annabel and Gaz have signed up for the Cardiff Triathlon on 26th June - eek!

Though primarily we're doing it for our own (foolish) pursuit of fitness, it would be great to raise some money for a good cause while we're at it.

As we've all paid our entry fee, every penny you donate will go straight to Age Cymru, so anything you can give would be much appreciated - plus, it will act as an extra push when we jump into the icy (and probably fishy) waters of Cardiff Bay!
