Following the momentous adventures of Blumgart 'n' Biggadike do Jailbreak, we are now returning to run 5km dressed as superhero-themed animals.

Caitlin Blumgart will be adopting the guise of a bat. Mimi Biggadike will be a-robing as a robin. And we will gloriously run 5 kilometres as the much-loved superhero team, Bat(man) and Robin.

All the money will be going to Woman's Trust, a small but powerful charity which provides mental health support to women affected by domestic violence in London. The organisation works with women who are in abusive relationships or have experienced abuse in the past. By providing free therapeutic services, they aim to give women the space, guidance, and support that they need to rebuild their lives free from violence.

We are inevitably going to look like idiots (note that the majority of those attending the run will be in their complementary superhero costumes...) and we are probably going to be flailing pretty comically by the end. But, as well as all that comedy value, there's a good cause to support here!
