Story
Our objective is to have 12 back to back hour long H.I.T sessions to raise lots of money for charity.
What is H.I.T training? High intensity training is a form of progressive resistance exercise characterised by a high level of effort and relatively brief and infrequent rest period. It is a total body workout pushing yourself to run, jump and use your own body weight to complete the set 'insanity' style exercises.
This means we are aiming to have at least 10 people in each hour session running back to back.
This will take place at Bodycare personal fitness club on 16th May 2015 from 9am-9pm.
We are aiming to raise as much money possible for the Indee Rose Trust.
The Indee Rose trust is a local charity set up in 2009. Their aim is to help children and their families who have been diagnosed with a brain or spinal tumour. They provide treasure boxes. A wonderful box packed with the best toys, personalised to suit each child, also a holiday home and grants to children and their families who have been hospitalised whilst receiving treatment.
