Story

Thank you for taking the time to look at this page. In June, I  am cycling from London to Paris,  to raise money to enhance the new children's wards at Bradford Royal Infirmary, where I am a consultant Paediatrician. There is a team of us doing the ride and the  money we raise will help to provide those little extras which will make the experience of being in hospital a little more comfortable and a little less stressful for our patients and their families.

The money raised will help towards providing extras such as : sensory toys for children with disability, a 'teen  area' for our young adult patients, distraction toys and games to help lessen the anxiety of procedures such as blood tests and  an activity room for children to take their mind off being in hospital.
