86,400 acres of forest are destroyed every day, and the extremity of climate change is speeding that up. We can't survive without forests. Trees for Life are restoring forest in Scotland, in ways that are wild and biodiverse, not as plantations for profit. I deeply believe in their work and hope you can support them too. I also need to challenge myself to walk every day to keep well, so until August 31st I'm going to walk to find a new tree, will photograph it and share with you here on Flickr. Alongside this, my daughter has decided to climb trees every day as a challenge.
