On Saturday 3 September Burges Salmon will be entering two teams for the Julian House Dragon Boat Festival 2016 to raise funds for our Charity of the Year, Julian House.

Julian House is a charity that helps vulnerable and disadvantaged men and women, including the homeless and victims of domestic abuse. They give people specialist support to enable them to improve their life choices and chances, and live a better quality of life.

The Julian House Dragon Boat Festival is an action-packed, adrenalin-fuelled fundraising event. 22 teams will go head-to-head in heats throughout the day. Each heat will have 3 to 4 boats racing 250m along Bristol's iconic Harbour Side. Note only will teams be racing other boats, but they will be racing against the clock as the 3 teams with the fastest race times through the day will secure their place in the final!
