In a few weeks time I will be cycling approximately 200 miles from London to Paris......the ride is over 4 days, starting from the London Eye and finishing at the Eiffel Tower.  There is no doubt that this will be the toughest thing I've ever done but it will be worth it to raise some much needed funds for the Shipwrecked Mariners' Society.
