Lydia and I have decided to take on the C2C cycling challenge on the 24th May this year. It starts in Cumbria and finishes in Sunderland, 140 miles. We are doing this for Childflight and in memory of our darling daughter Amy  who lost her very brave battle with brain cancer on the 7th April last year.Patricia and Richard Frost ( Lydias sister and brother in law)  are also cycling with us and the 4 of us make up 'Team Amy'.

Childflights work includes taking terminally ill children to Florida and on Santa flights as well as sending children abroad for life saving treatment.Amy was passionate about Childflight and the work they do.

Amy is all the inspiration we need to get through this challenge as we watched Amy face her own challenges and always with a smile.The four of us will complete this long cycle also with a smile and it would be a big bonus if we knew people were supporting us with their sponsorship donations.
