This summer I will be volunteering in Togo through the ICS program with Y-Care International. 

The country is grappling with extreme poverty, high unemployment and increased urbanisation, as well as high levels of violence and crime in urban areas and poor health. Y Care International works with Togo YMCA to support young people at risk of involvement in crime and also to influence the Togo justice system.

I am aiming to raise £1500 for Y-Care before I leave at the end of June.
