On the 9th of October I will be running The Plusnet Yorkshire Marathon in my hometown of York. I haven't ran a full marathon for 2 and a half years so this is a massive challenge for me!

I'm raising money for a very special charity which is close to my heart, The North East Autism Society. For those of you who know me well you will know my older brother Kris is severely autistic.

The North East Autism Society do an amazing job of providing care and support for people of all ages with autism and their families including my Kris.
