We provide intensive frontline services to tackle poverty and severe disadvantage.

Story

Team Cambridge House is taking on the RideLondon-Surrey 100 Challenge again this year!

On Sunday 31st July, we will be cycling 100 miles between London and Surrey, following the tracks of the 2012 Olympic Road Race, to raise money and promote awareness of our vision of a society without poverty; a society where all people are valued, treated equally and lead fulfilling and productive lives.

At Cambridge House, we aim to tackle the multiple disadvantages faced by our local community, both in Southwark and across London. With over 120 years’ experience, we take pride in the knowledge, resources and passion that enable us to confront the complex issues that underlie poverty and turn them into opportunities for growth and development.

As our society navigates unprecedented economic and social challenges, we are dedicated to empowering the most vulnerable members of our community to create a better future for themselves and their families. We engage with our community through our innovative services, including: professional legal advice for those with complex needs, advocacy support for vulnerable members of our community, as well as our pioneering youth empowerment and intervention projects.

Please sponsor our team as generously as you can. We truly appreciate your support in raising the vital funds that support our work in the community.

Cambridge House is a social action centre tackling poverty and social injustice in London. We use experience gained by working with people forced to the margins of society to challenge public perception and stigma, shape research and knowledge exchange activities, and promote systems change.
