Raising money for Candoco to get our young dancers to the Commonwealth Youth Dance Festival and spread the word about inclusive dance!

Candoco Dance Company are proud to announce that their youth performance company, Cando2, have been invited to perform, participate and represent youth dance in London as part of the first ever Commonwealth Youth Dance Festival!

The festival runs from 10th - 12th of July 2014, and brings together 36 youth dance groups from Australia, Canada, India, Malta, Namibia, New Zealand, South Africa and the UK. This opportunity would mean that Cando2 could perform to a platform of artists from across the globe, helping spread the word and knowledge of inclusive dance practice to companies the world over.

PLEDGE REWARDS

* For every £10 pledged, you receive a public ‘Thank You’ on the Candoco Youth Dance twitter feed! - @CandocoYD

* For every £25 pledged, you receive a ‘Thank You’ card from us all at Cando2

* For every £50 pledged, you receive vintage Candoco Dance Company posters

* For every £100 pledged, you can come and meet the Cando2 dancers, observe a rehearsal and run through of our performance piece during a Candoco Youth Dance Class at The Place, London

If you are eligible for a pledge reward, we will try and contact you via email. If this is not possible, we will leave an 'update message' on this page asking you to contact us via email so we can sort out your pledge reward.

WHAT YOUR MONEY WILL PAY FOR

£10 will pay for a dancer’s fuel (lunch and dinner) for a day!

£30 will pay for one youth dancer to participate in the Commonwealth Youth Dance Festival

£100 will pay for one youth dancer's accommodation, food and participation in the Commonwealth Youth Dance Festival

£250 will pay for one youth dancer and their PA’s travel, accommodation, food and participation in the Commonwealth Youth Dance Festival
