Right guys, as my Dad suffers from vascular dementia I am running the Great Manchester 10k Run to help raise money for the Weekend Day Centre who do an amazing job in caring for my Dad and all the other service users that attend the centre. 

The centre relies heavily on charity events and donations to keep the centre running and they do a FANTASTIC job! :)
