We support people with complex epilepsy to enable them to live safe fulfilled lives

Story

Right you beautiful bunch. It would appear I have been signed up (against my will) for another tough mudder. This year it's a bit more personal for me as have the opportunity of doing this with non other than my brother Ryan who has cerebral palsy. Early on in his life we did not think he would even be able to walk let alone run, so to think that he could do 12 miles of mud with a few killer obstacles thrown in will be one hell of an achievement.

We will be doing this in name of the Meath Epilepsy Charity which is where I have been lucky enough to work for the last 8 years and where Ryan is now a volunteer in the gym. It is an incredible place and what it offers for people with a range of disabilities is life changing.

If you would be so kind as to donate whatever you can and as Tesco says 'every little helps' 😊

Thanking you all in advance for your support and generosity.

Wish us luck!

Carl & Ryan
