I lost my dog Jack in July 2011 to cancer.  I got him as a rescue dog, he'd had two homes before me, and he was an absolute angel.  I learnt so much from him and owe it to him to help more dogs like him. 

In October I became a foster mum for Rushton Dog Rescue and a gorgeous Staffy x collie called Tara who had been handed over by her owner who couldn't be bothered with her.  It turned out that he'd let her get pregnant and the poor lamb, not much more than a pup herself had 10 puppies on 30th November 2011 so now I was a foster mum to 11 dogs!  RDR have taken it all in their stride and have managed to find forever homes for 6 of the puppies so far, no mean feat!  They are an awe inspiring charity and do amazing work for a cause very close to my heart and I just want to help them do more.  So please help me to help them by sponsoring me in my "fat for cash" diet!  My starting weight is an impressive (!) 16 stone 12 lb and I aim to reach 12st 4lb - so need to shift 4st 8lb.  I previously lost 8 stone in 22 months so should be able to shift 4.5 stone in 11 months!  Wish me luck!
