Story
During Dad's 7 days in Musgrove Park Hospital Mum & I were very grateful to have use of the League of Friends Lodge. This meant we could be near & spend precious time with him. The lovely Doctors & Nurses on Sheppard ward allowed family & friends to visit any time day or night. When we arrived on the Tuesday morning at about 7 O'Clock we were greeted with a Hello (the first time he had woken since Sunday). He still had his lovely smile despite everything he had been through, however Becky one of the lovely nurses jumped the queue & got the first smile. The Lodge is only available due to the fundraising of the League of Friends so anybody wishing to make a donation in Colin's memory please support them here.
