It's a privilege to take on this challenge to trek across the Great Wall of China over 5 days - upward climbs of over 10,000 steps - in aid of Autistica.  This charity works actively to promote the interests and concerns of the autism community to researchers and other funders, so that research addresses areas of need and brings benefit to individuals and families affected by autism.

The trip is in October and I will be fitting in as much training as I can, with the support of my family and friends.  Bearing in mind I have two small children and a full time job to hold down!
