Apparently after last year in Paris I said "Never Again". Well, here I am.

I was lucky enough to get a Tunbridge Wells Harriers club place this year and I've decided to see if I can get a few quid in the bucket for ICP Support to make the ordeal even more worthwhile.

Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) – also known as obstetric cholestasis (OC) – is the most common liver disorder specific to pregnancy.  It affects 1 in 140 pregnant women each year in the UK. The causes of ICP are not fully understood.

I've chosen ICP Support in memory of my good friends AJ & Sean's second son Dylan.  AJ developed rapid onset ICP at 34 weeks and Dylan was stillborn just two weeks later.

ICP Support is a small charity with a massive reach and it would be amazing if Dylan's legacy could help prevent future losses.

I can't believe I'm doing all this again ..... help me get through it please!
