was looking for something spontaneous and exciting to do in 2016...... And then I read about the Grove Cottage 50th anniversary skydive, and thought, now I have an excuse to do something right up my street!

Grove Cottage is a brilliant charity to support. They're part of Mencap but are totally self-funded, and it costs them over £140k a year to provide vital services like one-to-one care and speech therapy for young people, many of whose families would struggle to pay for private provision.

So dig deep you lot – I've set a target of £500, but I'm counting on you all to help me beat the target
