With your support Mark and I are hoping to beat the total we raised for The Grange Centre for last year's Ride London.  It's such a fantastic and well organised event - let's hope it's sunny this year.

It's a privilege to be raising money again for The Grange.  We have enjoyed visiting the open garden, the tea room, going to the quiz and attending the inspiring "Grange Has Talent" evening.  The residents are inspirational, the staff are committed and professional, the facilities are excellent but will be even better by installing a new platform lift, levelling the upper floor of the main building, widening corridors, installing automatic doors and fitting out new skills training room.  This will make room for 40 extra skills training sessions and make the Grange building truly accessible for people with restricted mobility.  That's why we decided to raise more funds this year.  You can find out more about their funding needs at www.grangecentre.org.uk

For the second time, last year, we didn't quite manage to do the full 100 miles of the Ride 100.  A section was closed last year due to the collapse of another rider, the previous year a section was closed due to bad weather.  This year we are hoping for the full monty!
