Story

Johnny Baldwin and Charlie Landale are going for a full body wax for The Pituitary Foundation

Charlie's brother, Rory Landale (Big Ror), suffered severe pituitary damage as a result of a brain tumour back in 1993 when he was 2 years old. This is a very complex area of medicine and because it is quite rare, the skills treat Ror’s condition were not widely available and support was minimal.

Luckily for him and his parents, the Pituitary Foundation came into existence in 1994, and have been a constant support for the whole family since then. They are a small charity, with a team of only 7 people, whose aim it is, on the one hand to help the 70,000 people across the UK and Ireland who suffer from pituitary disorders and on the other to encourage awareness for these conditions across the medical fraternity which might lead to earlier diagnosis.

Johnny and Charlie are just a couple of hairy lads who were enjoying a fishing holiday in Scotland, when this hair-brained scheme was thrust upon them. Contrary to what he may say, Big Ror actually thinks Charlie is the best brother in the world, and Johnny is just a bloody good bloke.

Please all give generously to ease our pain!
