Event: Tough Mudder Half Midlands 2016, on 14 May 2017

Story

When I lived in Nepal, I saw many stray dogs on the streets and even in my home village. Having a dog of my own, this upset me. I took in a stray puppy in my home village and looked after it whilst I lived there as it was weak and hungry.

So, to help I will be participating in Tough Mudder this year (the half version as I can't afford the full event!!!) to raise money for the Kathmandu Animal Treatment Centre. The KAT Centre is a nonprofit organization in Nepal. The KAT Centre’s goals are to create a healthy, sustainable street dog population, reduce animal cruelty, and eliminate rabies, around Kathmandu, Nepal. http://www.katcentre.org.np/

Currently, my goal is only £150 and I would appreciate any contributions towards such an important charity in Nepal.
