A group of 10 of us, family and friends are taking a day trip over to Wales.

We will then be putting ourselves through a grueling 8 hour day of pure adrenaline junk. We will be going 1300ft underground in a dis used mine, traversing, abseiling, slate face scrambling, climbing, 12 ziplines & a 70ft free fall into an abyss 😱

Scary, scary, scary but so much fun.
