Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving Page.

We very sadly lost Margaret to suicide last December 2013. Margaret was first and foremost an amazing mother and wife, daughter and sister. She was very much loved and is hugely missed by her family and friends. She suffered greatly throughout her life with mental health issues from an early age. When Margaret was in good health she was the life and soul of the party, and she would be very happy to know that this walk could help with the awareness of mental health issues. If this can help one person experiencing mental health problems it will make this event a great achievement.

On the 20th May 2015 a group of friends and family are taking part in an 84 mile hike from Carlisle to Newcastle along Hadrian's Wall. They plan to complete this challenge in just 3 days!! We will be keeping you all up to date with the walk via a facebook blog, which will feature pictures of the walk and share with you the progress of the team.

Margaret's Husband Paul, children Chloe and Oliver, family and friends would appreciate anything you can give to this cause.
