I am planning a 170 mile cycle ride from Morecombe to Birdlington Bay to help raise money for the Sequal Trust as they helped a friend of mine's daughter.

When i was approached with this challenge for the Sequal Trust, i couldnt say no. even though i had one major problem i didnt even own a bike. so please support your the unfit, slightly chubby and bolding friend in raising money for a great charity.
