I am running the London Marathon in April for the first time.  Whilst I am fortunate enough not to have to raise a set target to be able to run I feel that I should take this opportunity to  raise some funds for one of the many charities that have supported my family over the last couple of years.

I have chosen Ellie's haven because I am more than aware of the challenges that face families with children with complex needs to get away and the consequent importance of these breaks.

As I said I have not got a set target but any contributions will be gratefully received and undoubtedly will be put to worthwhile use for a very worthy cause.
