This year I've been able to secure a place on the Prudential Ride London event which takes place on Sunday 31st July on closed roads in London and Surrey. The event starts at the Olympic Park and finishes 100 miles later on the Mall.  As you may or may not know, I had a fall in early June and broke my left scapula which has interrupted my preparation somewhat but I have decided to do the event anyway.

I'm riding in aid of the Primrose Hospice so would appreciate any support that you are able to give. Every pound of sponsorship pledged will be matched by a pound from DesignPM Ltd so please give generously.
