Thank you for taking the time to visit our just giving page in memory of John Formby, a devoted trustee, enthusiastic fundraiser and passionate supporter of Headway Bristol.

Dad himself suffered a head injury in 1988 and really believed in the on-going development and growth of services provided by Headway. He enjoyed devoting his spare time to provide support and advice to people who had suffered a brain injury and their families and carers.  

We know that Headway Bristol was so very dear to his heart as he was to us. He will be greatly missed by all who had the priviledge to know him. 

His funeral will be held at Canford Crematorium on Wednesday 22 January 2014, at 3pm.  Dad would have welcomed any donations made to Headway Bristol in his memory.

 

To continue his fundraising efforts I will be doing numerous events this year starting with the Bristol 10k in May. If you would like to join "team John" please let me know Xx thank you for your continued support x
