Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
My son Cpl Darren Bonner was killed in May 2007 whilst serving in Afghanistan. Every Year since then we try and do an event to honour him and his fallen colleagues but also raise much needed funds for the Royal Anglian Benevolent Charity which supports our troops and their families with needs they may have from time to time. This can range from a wheelchair to overnight accommodation when sick children are in hospital, a walking stick to transport to a hospital appointment.
With Afghanistan and our Armed Forces now off the front pages of the news now more than ever they need our well deserved support.
This year I will be visiting my daughter Claire in Australia and the two of us are climbing Sydney Harbour Bridge on New Years Day 2016 to raise funds for the All the 4's Charity on behalf of the Royal Anglian Regiment Benevolent Fund. Most of you know I have an abject fear of heights so this will be as tough as the Sky Dive I did in 2013.
Please give whatever you can afford as to steal a well known marketing strapline every little helps.
Thank you for your support with this and the previous events.
