After losing my dad four months ago to pneumonia, my wife and I decided to raise funds for the home he has been in for 17 years, wood Grange in Bourne, my dad was diagnosed with premature dementia over 20 years ago, which means we had watched a painfully slow decline in him, but even then you are never truly ready when it comes, this has been a heartbreaking time for all the family, and we hope you can all dig deep and help us provide a defibrillator and memory plaque for the home that had been so amazing through this whole 17 year period.
