Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Our son Caleb was in hospital at a week old with kidney reflux which was clearing up through anti biotics. Although he had this he was still a wee smiler and such a content baby and never seemed to be in any pain. For his short 5 weeks we got with him he had been to a lot of places even a farm the Sunday before with his granny and grandad. The 24hrs, now looking back, before he passed away is as if he new and was saying his goodbyes he spent the day at his granny and grandads and everyone seem to visit for a cuddle. I brought him home for bedtime and his first babygrow he wore when he was born had appeared out of nowhere and for some reason on that Thursday night I put it on him. He was content and went to bed watching his baby TV and didn't even need his dodi that night. He then stirred didn't even cry for his 230am feed he was smiling away and my partner and I shared the feed for the first time from he was born something we never do we both give him a cuddle and a kiss and put him in his Moses basket he settled again quickly into his sleep again but sadly never woke up again on the Friday morning. There was nothing found and no reason for the cause which is a comforted he passed away peacefully with no pain.
