Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
As you know, we lost Rob last September as the result of injuries he sustained from an assault. We are still living with this terrible tragedy and miss him so much every day. It is hard to believe that such a larger than life person who touched so many lives is no longer with us.
Through the generosity of family, friends and colleagues a lot of money has already been raised for Headway Glasgow (who help those with Acquired Brain Injury), massively topped up by Edrington and The Robertson Trust. However, six months on Ally and I have decided to do something involving a bit more effort to help raise even more money in Rob's memory. We have, therefore, decided to walk the West Highland Way with my mum and her partner over six days from 25 to 30 April to raise funds for Headway Glasgow.
For a very short while we thought this sounded like a bit of a holiday, but of course, it isn't. For us it will be a challenge, but we are up for it. I know most people reading this will have already donated generously, but I hope you feel you can support us again.
