I'm running the Colour Obstacle Rush on Saturday 18th June 2016 in memory of my amazing little grandad who passed away in October 2011 after battling Dementia.

I want to raise awareness for Dementia & alzheimers as I feel it's something that's isn't fully understood & it's an illness that needs so much support, not only for the people suffering from this horrible illness but for their carers as well, most of which are family members. 

I've researched my chosen charity & it's ran by carers of Family members with dementia alongside health professionals so they know exactly what it's like to look after someone with dementia & alzheimers x 

Please donate as much or as little as possible, every penny really does count & I'm sure my wonderful grandad will be watching over me, cheering me on, shouting 'gu on me duck' Haha x
