We support smallholder farmers to innovate to improve their livelihoods

Story

In yet another momentary lapse of judgment, I signed up in February  when September seemed far away and training time plentiful. 8 months and 1 customer loyalty discount with Compeed later, my feet are ruined and the time has come.

I'll be attempting this with the (I quote) 'equally mad' Claire Westlake and Paula Coutts. Not content with testing our friendship to the max a few years ago on a mountain top at 4am, we've decided to do it again.

I'm raising money for the Cafedirect Producers' Foundation and their work to improve the lives of small-scale farmers across Africa and Latin America. It's a charity close to my heart. I work there, and so can guarantee all donations will be well spent (and not on long-term foot rehabilitation).
