I'm running for SurvivorsUK because I know too many men who've been abused, whether as adults or in childhood. There are far too few services available for male victims of sexual violence, especially considering the scale of the problem. If me getting a few blisters and pounding the roads for a few months can give them enough funds to help even a few men, then it'll have been worth it.

As for how your money will help:

• £10 supports a person to share their story and seek support through our webchat service
• £30 provides one counselling session to a male survivor
• £350 provides 12 weeks of counselling to a male survivor
