Story

The Riding for the Disabled Association is an equestrian charity that offers therapeutic riding lessons for young people with a wide variety of disabilities. Students develop situational awareness, planning and co-ordination skills, as well as benefitting from physical exercise, achieving their goals and having fun!

Please support me as I train for and run the High Wycombe half marathon, a gruelling up-and-down course set in the countryside west of the town.
