Hi, 

I am running the London marathon in April 2016. This will be my fifth and final marathon. I am a bit late to the training only getting a place in January 2016.

My motivation is to achieve 4hrs and under,and I want to raise money for a care home, Castle Froma, Leamington, which has become home to Aunty Carol, following an accident in May 2015. Castle Froma specialise in brain injuries. Prior to May 2015 Carol led an ordinary, normal life living at home. Since she fell at home in May 2015 she has had to have constant professional care and cannot return home. 

Knowing that I am helping to raise money to make a difference to Carol and the other residents there will push me to complete the course. 

Its time to give something back and any donation would be grateful received by the home and help to support them in day to day life.
