Hayley and I have decided to do our bit for the great charity that is Simon's Heroes.  We've gone and signed ourselves up for the 5km Colour Run on 20th August 2016.

For those of you that know us you'll know that we are built for comfort not speed, however, there are times in life when you need to get out your comfort zone and do something different. So a 5km run and getting covered in paint sounds like a good place to start.

If anyone wants to join our team then please contact us and we will be happy to welcome more crazy folk! If it's not your thing, that's fine, but why not help us with our fundraising... and as the very well known supermarket says 'Every Little Helps'
