Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I’ve just finished a HND in Video and Photography and will be going out to Calcutta for 3 to 4 months with The Hope Foundation as a volunteer to help with some of the schemes that they have running. My main area of work will be teaching children from the slums and streets how to use cameras both photography and video, and the use of computers for a variety of tasks. This will benefit them in their education and help lift their self-esteem and hopefully lead them to a better future. Due to my rugby background with Banbridge RFC and Ulster Regional Development Squad I will also help with the Hope Foundations sporting activities, introducing rugby to many who have never played before. All money raised will be going to HOPE, to help fund all of their schemes in India.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
