I am running the London Marathon on 24th April for The Play Barn Project, this is a charity raising money to build a sterile play haven for children with cancers and low immune systems. For these children going out in public places can put them at risk of catching something as simple as a cold that could quickly become life-threatening, as a result doing 'normal' childhood things like going to the park or soft-play areas are off-limits. The Play Barn Project aims to build a sterile play centre exclusively for children with cancers and low immune systems to provide them with a safe place to have fun and forget about being ill, even for a short time.  

Training is going well, I'm aiming for a quick time but sleepless nights with a young baby is not helping!
