At the heart of every successful Football Community Trust is a successful Disability programme with a multitude of facets, dedicated coaches and a team of volunteers ready to go the extra mile and ensure training, games, tournaments and other social events happen.

Myself and 11 other members of staff including one participant from the programme will certainly be going the extra mile this October. We will all be aiming high and completing a skydive from over 12,000 feet which is 12 times the height of London's newest attraction 'The Shard'.

Money raised will go towards a minibus to ensure participants on the programme are able to travel up and down the country to take part in an array of tournaments and competitions. Any additional funds left over will be spent on the ongoing development and delivery of Millwall Community Trust's Disability Programme, providing young people and adults with disabilities free footballing opportunities they may never have had before.
