YOU CAN CONTINUE TO SUPPORT VENTURE SCOTLAND BY DONATING VIA THIS PAGE BUT YOU CANNOT ENTER THE FANTASY INVESTMENT COMPETITION.

THE COMPETITION COMMENCED ON 1ST FEBRUARY 2015 AND ENDS ON 31 MARCH 2015.

Manage your own fantasy portfolio of £100,000 of virtual money with the aim of generating the best overall return in a fun, competitive environment against friends, colleagues and others. You will have the chance to win one of our fantastic prizes including:

  •    1st Place: £350
  •    2nd Place: £100
  •    3rd Place: £50
  •    Halfway prize: Dinner for 2
  •    Last Place: Dummies Guide to Investment

Competition begins on the 1st February 2015 and entries cost £10; three for £25.

As the competition progresses, you will be updated weekly on how much your portfolio is worth, and at the halfway point you will have the opportunity to review your investments, making up to three changes to your holdings and readjusting the percentages.

Venture Scotland runs social and personal development courses at bothies (mountain huts) in Scotland for 16-30 year olds with limited opportunities. The weekend residential courses are run by trained volunteers who lead conservation work and adventure activities. Longer term programmes, and locally-based follow-on activities are also offered.
