Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Just a few words to tell you what I am doing and the personal reason why...
Mireya Baxter (my niece) was born on the 20th January 2016 at 21 weeks, she had Hydrops Fetalis. This is a very rare and serious fetal condition that most babies don't survive and unfortunately with the odds against her neither did Mireya.
Therefore this year for the second time I am taking part in the Prudential Ride London to Surrey 100 and looking to raise money for the Fetal Medicine Foundation. They conduct research, Training and offer support in Fetal Medicine with the aim to help improve the health of pregnant women and early diagnosis of fetal abnormalities.
Thank you for time in reading my story and any donation is gratefully received.
